Tumble Blasts

Tumble blast machines gently tumble the parts to be cleaned in a blast chamber formed by an endless rubber mill belt. Parts are exposed to the blast stream as they tumble in the chamber.

Tumble blast machines offer a cost-effective solution for batch deburring, descaling and deflashing of metal castings, forgings, aluminum die castings and automotive parts.

Custom Tumble Blast Solutions

Tumble blast machines can be fully automated with loading systems and take-away conveyors. Applications include placement in-line with die cast trim presses, punch presses or heat treat lines.

Standard Bronco tumble blast capacities range from 3.5 cubic feet/600 lbs. to 14 cubic feet/2,000 lbs. but we can provide custom solutions to meet your unique needs.
