Like new, completely rebuilt Goff 24×60 spinner hanger. The machine can be used for blasting or shot peening using the adjustable variable speed drive (VFD) and the dual magnavalve. The machine is ready to ship now.
- Goff model 2460SP spinner hanger
- Two (2) 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM, 12″ diameter, direct drive blast wheels
- Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 70 VFD to adjust blast wheel motor RPM
- Maximum area provided for material to be blasted is 24″ diameter x 48″ height
- Optimal area for top and bottom cleaning is 24″ diameter x 36″ height
- Maximum spindle capacity of 1,500 lbs.
- Centrifugal discharge belt and bucket elevator with cast elevator buckets
- Low level abrasive sensor with indicator light
- MagnaValve abrasive control valves automatically regulate abrasive flow
- Safety bump strip on left side of cabinet
- Single lip 20″ air wash separator and rotary screen
- Blast chamber lined with ½” thick cast alloy liners (do not extend to edge of carousel)
- Rear access door lined with ¼” thick manganese steel and a manual abrasive adder.
- 2000 ACFM required

- NEMA 12 enclosure with push button controls and automatic cycle timer
